BNI

It takes all the members participating in the running of the chapter to have a truly great chapter. When it is my time to server my chapter (NOW!), I am most interested in the following opportunities and positions. All positions are for one year: October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011.

Please check all of your areas of interest or expertise.

Every member needs to volunteer for a minimum of two positions.

It's great to have all members involved. BNI is a team effort.

The president runs the meetings and oversees the chapter.

The Vice President chairs the membership committee and tracks attendance & referrals.

Monthly reports and speaker rotation. Posts visitors on web site.

Chapter needs 4 members in addition to the VP.

Training & Development

Chapter requires 5 visitor hosts. Arrive early to meeting. Close visitors.

Chapter needs two events coordinators. Regional events such as Visitor's Days in April & May; Business Expos; All Chapter meetings, etc.)

Sends in releases to newspapers. Promotes chapter.

Coordinates  Mentor Training and pairing Mentors with Mentees and monitors progress.

shares information and announcements from BNI regional directors.

Helps the Education Coordinator

With all Member's cards

60 second & 10 minute Speaker(s)

Monthly: most referrals given (3), visitors brought. Quarterly: Perfect attendance, most referrals given (top 3), visitors. The information comes from the VP and the President presents the certificates.

President or Past Leadership Team member. Conducted after every meeting where a new member is inducted.
